Walking through the Scarecrow Village of Nagoro is a unique experience of our regular tours, but for those looking for a more in-deptrh encounter, we can arrange for you to meet the local artist, Ms Ayano Tsukimi, and have her take you on an exclusive one-on-one tour through her fantastic creation.

With your guide as translator, she will not only give details and insight to what inspired her as you walk around the small village, but she will also take you inside the now unused neighborhood school where she has filled the classrooms with "student" scarecrows.

Afterwards, you'll get to have some tea together with Ms. Ayano inside her scarecrow-packed workshop.
